Equipment structure components:
It consists of several parts of equipment, such as raw chemical feeding system, metering system, chemical reaction system, spraying device and control system.
The connecting pipes, wires and signal wires of the equipment in the skid have bee installed and multiple external interfaces are reserved for on-site installation.
It uses two or three precursors as raw chemicals to produce concentrated chlorine dioxide (ClO2) solution through a chemical reaction. The chlorine dioxide reaction solution is sprayed out by sprinkler into the combustion flue gas.
Gas chlorine dioxide generator can be used for atmospheric treatment, such as flue gas desulfurization and denitrification treatment (DeSOx and DeNOx), so as to ensure that the flue gas can meet the continuous ultra-clean emission standard.
