The generator host is skid-mounted: with metering pumps, flow meters, reactor & shell, control system.
The raw chemical dissolving & storage systems are combined.
NaCLO2+HCL→CLO2+NaCL+H2O
NaCLO3+H2O2+H2SO4→CLO2+Na2SO4+O2+H2O (H2O2 is optional)
Raw chemicals of salt and acid are pumped into the reactor synchronously by two metering pumps at supplier's prescribed proportion, mixed and reacted to generate purity concentrated CLO2, and then directly added to the water for applicaiton of disinfection, algae removal, bleaching, deodorization, etc.
In the online automatic control mode, the generator adjusts the working frequency of the metering pump online by receiving the 4-20mA signal to control the ClO2 generation.
The NaCLO3 (solid)+H2O2 mixture is dissolved by the dissolving tank with manual start/stop control, after dissolution is completed, it is pumped into NaCLO3 storage tank by circulation pump.
The HCL and H2SO4 is pumped into the storage tank by an unloading pump.

There should be no strong electric field and magnetic field interference around equipment.
